Looking at the uses and technology of HD cameras

Filmmakers used Sony's 1080i HD camera to shoot the independent feature film Seven and a Match at Fisher's Island, New York, late in 1999.

As shooting progressed, producers said that the ultimate test for working in HD was whether they could make their project look like film.
